America F.C. Announces Brazilian Coach Anselmo Santos as New Head Coach
King of Prussia, PA — America F.C. is proud to welcome Brazilian coach Anselmo Santos as the club’s new head coach. Santos brings valuable experience from Brazilian professional youth development, including his role as U17 coach at Grêmio, one of Brazil’s most historic and successful football clubs.
With a strong background in player development and tactical training, Coach Santos will play an important role in helping America F.C. continue its mission of developing talented players and building a competitive team for upcoming competitions, including the 2026 UPSL season.
Experience in Brazilian Player Development
Brazil is known worldwide for producing some of the best soccer players in history, and Coach Santos has been part of that development system. During his time with Grêmio’s U17 program, he worked with young athletes in one of the top youth academies in Brazil, focusing on technical development, tactical awareness, and high-performance training.
His experience working with elite youth players brings a valuable international perspective to America F.C., helping the club implement modern training methods and a dynamic style of play.
Strengthening the America F.C. Project
The arrival of Coach Santos marks another important step in the growth of America F.C. as the club prepares to compete at higher levels of soccer in the United States. His leadership and knowledge will help strengthen both the club’s competitive teams and its player development programs.
